Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BlueBoxGG platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BlueBoxGG Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

• Digital asset values are highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• You are solely responsible for the security of your digital wallet and private keys
• Gas fees and network transaction costs are your responsibility
• We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice
• Regulatory frameworks for digital assets vary by jurisdiction

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate systems
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of BlueBoxGG or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. User Content

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEBOXGG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueBoxGG and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
